Do you ever feel like you have to do something more than you want to? Follow this simple strategy to get in the mode you need to win the day.
First, acknowledge that thing which you positively, absolutely must do deserves some respect, so it is okay to let it breathe. Ask yourself "What would I need to complete that with success and confidence?" and pick one vision, idea or tangible item you need to see it through. Give yourself a staging area and extra few minutes to rehearse the task or mission in your head. Then decide that it is action ("Go") time and make it happen.
On those days when you seem to be moving slower than usually, take a series of small steps that gets your day aligned so that you can focus on the task at hand -- then go out and do it.
